These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to Trycle’s website and services. By using our site or engaging with Trycle as an institution, representative, or authorized user, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Trycle

Trycle EdTech Pvt. Ltd. provides industry-integrated certification programs, faculty enablement, blended delivery support, and the Trycle Drona learning platform for colleges and universities in India.

Separate written agreements with institutions may apply to specific programs. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the institutional agreement prevails for that engagement.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or performance, or use content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes. Program details, timelines, and outcomes may vary by institution and are subject to formal proposals and contracts.

3. Institutional partnerships

Partnership inquiries submitted through our contact channels do not create a binding agreement until documented and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Institutions are responsible for accurate information provided during onboarding, learner enrollment, and compliance with applicable academic, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

4. Trycle Drona and learning services

Access to Trycle Drona and related materials is granted to authorized users through partner institutions. Account credentials must not be shared outside permitted use.

Course content, assessments, and platform features may be updated to improve learning outcomes. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally limit availability.

  • Use accounts only as authorized by your institution
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission
  • Complete assessments and projects in line with academic integrity policies

5. Intellectual property

Trycle and its licensors own trademarks, logos, curriculum, platform software, and marketing materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to access materials solely for permitted educational use under your institution’s program.

Feedback you provide may be used by Trycle to improve services without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Fees and commercial terms

Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables for institutional programs are defined in commercial proposals and contracts, not on this public website. Brochures and marketing content are illustrative unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trycle does not guarantee specific employment, certification, or accreditation outcomes for individual learners.

Third-party tools, links, or content referenced on the site or platform are not controlled by Trycle. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trycle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to public website use is limited to the amount paid by you to Trycle for that specific matter in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

Institutions and users agree to indemnify and hold Trycle harmless from claims arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law, except to the extent caused by Trycle’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

Trycle may suspend or terminate access to the website or platform for violations of these Terms, security risks, or as required under institutional agreements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process agreed in an institutional contract.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
